Lisa Price came to Chaffin Light Real Estate in December 2009, after 10 years working in the hospitality industry.  Most recently she was the Director of Rooms at Aspen's only 5-star hotel. Originally from New Zealand, Lisa began her career as an Appraiser and Retail Leasing Specialist for CB Richard Ellis.

Lisa believes that any memorable vacation experience begins with great hospitality. The Specialty Rental Division has been created based on those prinicipals, and by incorporating techniques and system developed from years in the hospitality industry, Lisa and her partner Dayna, will look for opportunities to delight you and add special value to your vacation experience.

Dayna Horton moved from Birmingham, Michigan to Aspen in August of 2001 just before the events of September 11th altered the course of our nation’s history.  Calling the Roaring Fork Valley home became a passion for Dayna, and helping others experience the magic of this historic town, a pleasure.

Dayna brings  10-years  of real estate brokerage experience in Aspen Snowmass to the Rental Specialty Group of Chaffin Light. Previously, she worked as  Director of Lodging Sales and Marketing for the Hotel Lenado in Aspen. Before Aspen, Dayna graduated from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor and worked in the commercial real estate field, both in property management and leasing. She lived abroad in Barcelona, Spain studying language as well as working a summer in our nation’s capital for the White House as an intern for the Clinton administration. She currently lives in Carbondale, CO with her fiancé and three dogs.  Dayna spends time boating in Basalt’s Ruedi Reservoir or hiking with the dogs anywhere in this mythic valley.
